  • Group Classes

    Kitsap Perinatal believes strongly that all pregnant persons and their support person should participate in childbirth education. Students gain knowledge that will empower them to have a positive prenatal, childbirth, and pernatal experience. Learn about the labor process, pain management newborn care, breastfeeding and chestfeeding.

  • Private Classes

    Private in-home childbirth and parenting education. Whether you plan to have a traditional experience, deliver at home, or have a scheduled cesarean section, childbirth education is vital to prepare you for labor. Private in-home childbirth and parenting education for a total of 5-6 hours of instruction and are customized to fit your needs.

  • Prenatal Lactation Training

    Breastfeeding and chestfeeding attempts are much more likely to be successful with preperation and guidance before baby arrives.. Spend an hour with an expert instructor to learn about the benefits of breastfeeding, common challenges and how to overcome them. This is a private, in home consultation lasting approximately 60 minutes.
